Shipping:
All of the orders on this website are processed by our logistical partners Di Antonio, 2 Reg Savory Place, East Tāmaki, Auckland 2013, New Zealand.
All our orders are shipped with:
Post Haste Standard Tracked (2-4 Business Days) - $7.50
You will receive an order confirmation email once you have placed your order. You will subsequently receive a dispatch email when the order is processed. We process all orders first thing in the morning on working days. If you place your order on the weekend or on a public holiday, your order will usually be processed on the next working day.
Returns:
You can cancel your order at any stage of the dispatch process and up to 7 days after the order was placed. You may do so by contacting us on info@rosalique.co.nz. If the products have already been dispatched, it will be your duty to ensure they are received by us undamaged and unused.
Please get in touch with us before sending us your return. Ensure your return includes your order number, as we might not be able to assist you without it.
In the unlikely event of your order being supplied incorrectly or your products are damaged in transit, please make sure to notify us within 3 days of receipt of the order. We will ensure to send replacements or find an otherwise suitable solution to resolve the issue.
